What do I do if I have a lead with more than one email address?
If a lead has multiple email addresses, enter a separate line for each email. Use the same first and last name each time, but list each email address on its own line. This ensures all email addresses are included for that lead.
Do I need to worry about uploading duplicate leads?
No, you don’t need to worry. If there are any duplicate leads in your upload, we’ll automatically remove them for you.
How do I add more Dormant Leads to my dashboard?
Log in to Franchise Ninja and navigate to the Lead Reactivation section. There, you’ll find an option to upload additional dormant leads. Just follow the prompts to add any leads you want us to monitor for reactivation.
Are my Reactivated Leads shared with other brands?
No. Your uploaded leads are private to your brand. The only time another brand might see that lead is if the candidate visits their website.
What stage will my previously Dormant Leads be displayed in?
You can view your reactivated leads in the Lead Reactivation section of the Franchise Ninja dashboard. If they meet the criteria of your In-Market campaigns, they will be automatically added to your campaign(s).
Did this newly reactivated lead visit my website?
Not necessarily. Reactivated leads have re-entered the In-Market Stage by researching buying or starting a business. If and when they visit your website, you will receive an Engaged Visitor Alert.
How do I contact these newly active leads?
Your sales team has previously worked this lead. Please check your CRM for their contact information. We do not provide contact information for reactivated leads.
How often do you monitor for reactivated leads?
We monitor every single day for every single dormant lead you upload to Franchise Ninja.
What is a Lead Reactivation Alert?
You will receive a Lead Reactivation Alert when a dormant lead you uploaded to Franchise Ninja has re-entered the In-Market group by searching for information on starting or buying a business.
