What stage will my previously Dormant Leads be displayed in?
You can view your reactivated leads in the Lead Reactivation section of the Franchise Ninja dashboard. If they meet the criteria of your In-Market campaigns, they will be automatically added to your campaign(s).

If I upload my dormant leads, will they be shared with other brands?
No. We understand that these are your brand’s leads you’ve worked in the past. They will not be shared with any other brand using Franchise Ninja. The only time another brand might see that lead is if the candidate visits their website.
How do I add more Dormant Leads to my dashboard?
Log in to Franchise Ninja and navigate to the Lead Reactivation section. There, you’ll find an option to upload additional dormant leads. Just follow the prompts to add any leads you want us to monitor for reactivation.
How do I contact these newly active leads?
Your sales team has previously worked this lead. Please check your CRM for their contact information. We do not provide contact information for reactivated leads.
Who are Engaged Candidates?
An Engaged Candidate is anyone who has visited one or more Franchise Development sites. Individuals listed in your Engaged Audience dashboard are those Engaged Candidates who have visited your franchise development website. To show in your Engaged ...
