Continuously monitors those leads for renewed activity
Sends alerts when any lead on your list becomes active again by rejoining the In-Market audience
These alerts are exclusive to your brand—you will be the only one notified when a former lead is back in the market.

How to Upload Dormant Leads
Export your dormant lead list from your CRM
Format it using the required headers: EmailAddress, FirstName, LastName

Navigate to the Lead ReActivation section in the platform
Upload the file directly from your system
Once uploaded, the platform will begin monitoring for reactivation events.

What Happens When a Dormant Lead Becomes In-Market?
- You will receive a Daily Alert notifying you when Dormant Leads become active.
