How do I know if my campaigns are delivering Engaged Candidates?

To verify if your campaigns are capturing Engaged Candidates, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Engaged Stage and click Search Engaged.


Step 2: In the Market Criteria dropdown, check Referral Source and enter Facebook or Google, depending on the campaign you are evaluating. Click Search.



You will then have filtered all Engaged Candidates to only those that have been identified by your campaigns.
