What is Customer Activation?
Customer Activation can be found in the In-Market Stage in the Franchise Ninja platform. This module's full name is Retail Customer Activation.
This module lets franchise brands upload retail customer lists to the platform. We will then monitor these customers daily and alert your sales team if they enter the In-Market Stage—indicating they’re exploring business ownership.
Uploading your customer lists is a great way to grow your Fran Dev pipeline. For many brands, their best franchisees are customers of their brand. This module allows you to identify potential franchise owners who already shop your brand. Simply upload your retail customer list, and we'll let you know if they begin to research buying or owning a business. You'll receive an alert when they enter the In-Market audience.
