How do I upload lists to the Retail Customer Activation module?
Uploading customer lists to Franchise Ninja is very easy. Follow these simple steps:
1. Open the In-Market Stage drop-down
2. Click on Customer Activation
3. Click Upload List
4. Click Upload File and choose your retail customer list
- The file must be .csv
- Headers should be EmailAddress, FirstName, LastName
- Hearer rows must appear exactly as above in this exact order
5. Click Upload
6. Your retail customers will now be shown. All will be listed as Inactive until they have been identified in the In-Market Audience.
You can add additional customers at any time by adding them to your file and uploading the new file.
