Tips for troubleshooting your campaigns

If you are concerned your campaigns are not running properly, please check these items:
  1.  Do you have a budget allocated to your platform campaign?
  2.  Is the Franchise Ninja campaign on Facebook live?
  3.  Is the Franchise Ninja campaign data synced?
  4.  Is the Franchise Ninja campaign approved by Facebook?
  5.  Make sure the Franchise Ninja campaign is not using Facebook lead ads.
  6. Is the campaign directing traffic to your franchise development website?
  7. Are the destination URLs point to your franchise development website or pages?
