Meta - How to create a custom audience

Meta: Custom Audience Creation

1. Go to Audiences

2. Create Audience

  • Click the Create Audience button.

  • Select Custom Audience.

3. Choose Your Source

You’ll get several options depending on how you want to target people and select the below

  • Customer List → Upload email addresses, phone numbers, etc.

4. Define Your Audience

  • Adjust filters like:

    • Time frame (e.g., last 30, 60, 180 days).

    • Event type (e.g., “Page View,” “Add to Cart,” “Form Submit”).

  • Give your audience a clear name (e.g., “Franchise Ninja Markets”).

5. Save

  • Click Create Audience.

  • It may take a few minutes to populate.
