Exporting your Engaged Candiates

An "Engaged" audience refers to In-Market Candidates who visit one or more Franchise Development sites. You will receive real-time alerts when these candidates visit your Franchise Development website. This is the ideal stage to begin your sales process. Depending on visit volume and frequency, these visitors may qualify as leads.

Exporting Engaged Visitors

To export your engaged visitors, log in to your Franchise Ninja dashboard and navigate to the Engaged stage.

  1. Select Engaged from the pipeline stages.
  2. Click Search Engaged.
  3. Review or update your search criteria as needed.
  4. Click Search to display matching visitors.
  5. Select Export.
  6. Choose your preferred export format (CSV, Excel or Query JSON)

Notes
The date range is automatically set to the most recent week, but you can customize the date criteria before running your search.
