The Content Calendar includes built-in filters that allow you to quickly narrow and organize content recommendations based on your marketing priorities. These filters help teams focus on the right audience, platform, and workflow status without scrolling through the entire calendar.


Select Personas

Purpose: Filter content by buyer persona

When using Select Personas, the calendar displays only the content recommendations associated with the selected franchise buyer persona(s). This allows you to:

  • Focus messaging on specific target audiences

  • Review persona-specific themes and value propositions

  • Align content planning with franchise development priorities

Only personas configured for your brand will appear in this filter.



Select Platforms

Purpose: Filter content by social or publishing platform

The Select Platforms filter limits the calendar view to content created for specific platforms, such as:

  • Blog

  • Facebook

  • X (Twitter)

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Google My Business Profile



This is useful for:
  • Platform-specific scheduling

  • Channel-focused campaigns

  • Reviewing content tailored to each platform’s best practices


Select Status

Purpose: Filter content by workflow or approval stage

The Select Status filter allows you to view content based on its current lifecycle state, such as:

  • New

  • Needs Review

  • In Progress

  • Pending Input

  • Completed

  • Deferred

  • Rejected



This helps teams:
  • Track progress and approvals

  • Identify content needing attention

  • Manage internal review workflows more efficiently
