Each Territory Check returns one of four outcomes, based on the request details and your brand's current territory rules:
- Available — The requested territory is open under your brand's current rules, and the response is returned automatically without any manual involvement.
- Unavailable — The territory is already sold, registered, or otherwise closed per your brand's configured status data, so no further action is needed on that request.
- Manual review — The request falls into an edge case the AI can't resolve on its own (for example, a boundary that straddles two territory zones, or a status like "pending" or "FDD in process" that needs a human judgment call). These get automatically routed to your brand's designated support contact rather than answered outright (Automated Territory Checks; Territory Check Terms of Service).
- Insufficient information — The broker or user submitted a request without enough location detail (e.g., no state, ZIP, or city) for the system to run the check against your configured territory rules, so it's held until the missing detail is provided.
You can find the list of territory requests in your dashboard under Territory Checks > Request History > Territory Available
