Using Lead Reactivation

Adding your previous leads into Lead Reactivation. 

Starting from your Franchise Ninja dashboard go to:
  1. In-Market Stage - Lead Reactivation - Actions - Upload List or Add Lead
  2. Add your leads or upload your list and you're done!





If you're uploading a list, use the Sample CSV file to coordinate your headers.

Find the Sample CSV attached.

To Search Active Leads:

Under Lead Activation - Search Criteria select Active Leads and click Search. This will show you which previously imported leads are re-engaging.
