How do I Update a User Profile?

Keeping user information up to date ensures your team has the correct access, permissions, and contact details within Franchise Ninja.

Overview

If you are an Admin on your Franchise Ninja account, you can easily update user profiles at any time. This includes both contact information and system-level settings.

  1. First and Last Name 
  2. Email Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Role
  5. Password
  6. Time Zone
  7. Webhook Integration

To edit your User Profile:

Go to Configuration - Users






Select the User you want to edit.

Select the blue edit button on your desired user. 






Update the necessary information.

Make your changes and select "Update User" to save your changes.








Only the account admin can make adjustments to users outside of themselves.
