My script isn't firing. What do I do?

Depending on the website platform you use, the options to troubleshoot may be different.

The first step is always to make sure the script is installed.

How do I do that?

Without access to the back end of the website, there is a way to check for the script. Go to the website in question. Right click. Click on "Inspect" and select "Source".

You should see one of the following:
  1. fe.dataprocessing
  2. data.processing
