How do you define a successful Identification?

A successful identification occurs when Franchise Ninja is able to identify the following three key data points for a website visitor:
Those are:
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Validated Email Address

These three fields are the minimum requirements for a visitor to be counted as a successful identification.

In addition to these core data points, Visual Visitor may provide up to 37 additional demographic, behavioral, and engagement attributes when available. The availability of these fields varies based on the visitor and the data sources accessible at the time of identification.

Additional data points may include:

  • Gender
  • Age Range
  • Marital Status
  • Children in Household
  • Income Range
  • Net Worth
  • Homeownership Status
