Right now, the Territory Check module itself is scoped to track and document the check, not to follow that check downstream into a referral or a sale.
What it tracks today — Every request gets logged automatically: who asked, which brand and market, what the outcome was (available, unavailable, manual review, or insufficient information), and any exceptions routed to support. This gives you clean operational reporting on broker activity and territory demand.
What it doesn't do yet — Connecting a specific territory check to a resulting referral, lead, or CRM record is a separate integration layer. While this has been noted as a feature in our roadmap for development, we do not currently offer this integration.
Interim option — Until that attribution layer is built, populating an existing spreadsheet from the check data via an integration is a reasonable stopgap so you're not left without any record-keeping in the meantime.
Today's Territory Check gives you a reliable audit trail of the checks themselves. Tying those checks to actual referral or lead conversion is planned as a later integration phase, and we can bridge the gap with a spreadsheet feed in the interim.
